Using ML to determine a pricing strategy for F500 company
Worked with a team of machine learning scientists and end-users to created an internal tool to predict and prescribe an optimal pricing strategy for PepsiCo salty snacks portfolio (i.e. Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, etc) for Frito Lay US. Worked with directors and executives to outline global scaling strategy for the internal product in order for PepsiCO products to stay competitive and keep majority of market share.

From a point solution to platform offering in 1yr
Stepped in as acting Head of Product to support a small distributed team. After stabilizing product operations and release cadences, we launched 1 new product and 3 pilots in less than a year. Partnered closely with the C-suite to shape the product roadmap, launch strategy, and pricing.
This shifted the company from a point solution into a full-service AI suite for fertility care. All pilots are on track for commercial release throughout late 2025 and early 2026.

Agile transformation in an international corporation
Worked with the Agile Center of Expertise to introduce Agile methodologies to a large insurance company. Worked on the Agile Maturity Model and assessment tools, as well as, created custom learning paths for Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Creating a department for data science and analytics
Worked with senior leaders to introduce a new department for data science, analytics, and machine learning. Initiatives included supporting clinician and researchers by providing data science expertise, launching a new graduate program, academic publications, international collaborations, as well as creating and maintaining data storage and sharing webapps.

Increasing cross-team collaboration and output for a dev team of 40
Ran a team of 40 made up of 5 units (engineering, service design, data science, ML, and data governance) with little to no product management processes. We started by creating a product roadmap as well as sustainable, scalable and transparent processes to manage the product backlog and upcoming sprints. All units gained visibility on product priorities and therefore increased individual motivation and output.

Setting up governance, privacy, and security for electronic health data
Worked with world-class experts in data accessibility, governance, and security to organize a series of webinars to discuss the nuances of working with health records, medical data, sensitive information, and how organizations can protect themselves against data breaches.

Scaling start-up operations
Created and implemented solutions to expand functional capacity and daily bandwidth in a rapidly growing startup. Helped introduce a new org structure and set-up a CRM and HRIS systems, as well as provided training in product management and Agile methodologies.

Turning ambiguity into productivity
Transformed a team that was working on a webapp for 2 years with no launch date into an efficient and effective product team. By introducing Scrum, a clear product roadmap, release schedule, go-to-market strategy, and multiple feedback loops, we released the MVP within 6m to a small user group and wide-availability in 9m and rebuilt the team’s reputation.

Digitizing and optimizing processes
Worked with an entrepreneur and her team to digitize her processes for securing new speaking engagements, monetize appearances, and maximize social media outreach.

Up-skilling highly specialized AI scientists
Created original programming for AI scientists to address bottlenecks in software development. Worked together with technical coaches and subject matter experts to build interactive competency-based and project-based learning experiences. Launched a fully-digital reporting structure.
